Is it an X-pole? My TG X-pole got rust once, I contacted X-pole, they were very kind and offered to replace the rusted parts, but since I live in a country where they don’t ship directly, they just sent me a whole new pole. Try contacting the manufacturor, good luck.

I tore mine on my right side pretty badly back in 2012, yep, six years ago. I still feel the consequences, my right leg is less flexible and it’s sometimes sore while stretching, no matter how warm I get. I guess it’s different for everybody, I never recovered fully from mine 🙁

Wow! Thank you so much, green3birdy, for such a thorough and detailed response, it has helped me immensely! You have given me such great advice! 💜

Stretch stretch stretch! In my humble opinion, that’s where you should start. I believe you should feel completely comfortable in a standing needle split before even trying to attempt the Rainbow Marchenko. Good luck!

Thank you for the responses! I suppose I’ll just try to listen to my body and if it tells me to stop, I’ll stop. I really wanna do all the nice and cool strong stuff, and all I’m progressing in is flexibility (which is also nice), but it’s frustrating that I’m limited by my noodle core and baby hands.

My TG X-Pole corroded because of, what I expect, not cleaning it properly, but I may be wrong. My ex boyfriend noticed some spots appear on the bottom of my B part of the pole, I took pics, sent them to X-Pole. They confirmed it was corrosion and sent me a brand new pole 🙂 Maybe it was just a batch that was not of good quality, but after that I take care of my pole with much love, I’m not taking any more chances.

AllysonKendal you made me lol. Just the other day I pulled out pieces of sausage and white bread from a patient’s tooth. Now THAT is what I call gross lol. But as you said. You get used to it. It didn’t make me cringe, it made me laugh in my head.

As much as I adore and respect every single person on this site, I highly recommend not listening to any of them. Here’s why: we’re not there. We cannot feel and examine your damaged area. Even if we could, we are not all doctors. Only a skilled doctor can tell you what really is wrong and how it should be treated. And lastly, even if the symptoms may seem very similar to something someone had, it may still not be the same thing. It could be a tear or it could be an inflammation, or anything else. Just be patient and wait for your doctor’s appointment.

Aww, thanks girls, that’s sweet! Well, I guess I’l just have to hope for the best and just take it down immediately after each session 🙂 Runemist34, I did some searching in the forum before posting my discussion and I actually did read that girls had difficulties poling on linoleum. I guess I’ll have to invest in some foot pads, as you mentioned 🙂

I think I warm up pretty well before moving on to tricks, but I guess I could give extra effort next time. Thank you for the tips, Lina 🙂 I don’t think I am allergic to the metal or alcohol, it’s not a pain or burning sensation afterwards, it’s the the skin-ripping pain during 🙁 I guess I’ll just have to suck it up and work on it. Thanks for the replies, ladies!

Thank you! Too bad they don’t ship to Lithuania… I guess I’ll have to wait for mine from X-Pole then :/

I now tried searching on ebay but can’t seem to find a 45mm TG spinning/stationary 🙁 I saw you are from the UK, did the pole ship from USA? If so, the import charges must have been huge 🙁
