It’s so funny that I came across this because today y’all is my first day on my diva cup and I have to say I had no problems at all. They are amazing and it’s like why didn’t I hear about this before. And I feel much safer about poling that no little string will pop out. The diva cup has become my new best gf.
For the girls that don’t know just google diva cup or moon cup. But it’s like a little dome empty half egg shell cup, soft rubbery that you just insert and what I love is that you don’t have to be changing it every few hours like a pad/ tampon but maybe twice a day.

I have to agree with the last two ladies do both, I started off with just studio but then felt like i wasn’t advancing til I bought my pole at home. Lately though I have just been poling at home focusing like you said on strength. But there is nothing like hands on training at the studio.

I do agree with her fast speed rate, at the beginning I could not understand the leg kicks when we are all on the floor on fours, but by the third time I got it. What I am having difficulty in believing are those kick backs while we are standing behind the chair. Any advice, I keep kicking back but my leg barely goes above my knee height. Lol. It would have been nice to see a non flexy person along as well, or maybe a little video at the woodlands bottom showing some advancement. But I still love the video. I have seen some great improvement though.

@bexboo I’m curious did u master ur middle splits in three months from just doing her dvd. How many times did u do it a week.

Oh wow i never thought all of this,there a re few studios in houston for yoga that well do it from home. And rhey seem pretty good been doing it for years. I like this topic hopefully we get more comments.
