I know this thread is a few years old, but I have to say this really helped me. I have to have a c-section and I think if I hadn’t read this post I would have gone back to pole after 6 weeks, and possibly pulled something. Thanks, I’m going to wait 12 weeks now. It’s going to be hard, but I want to be safe.

It’s been a while since I’ve bruised (I’m currently 8 months pregnant – so can’t try any new moves) but I use to eat a lot of pineapple when I was training before I got pregnant. Pineapples contain an enzyme called bromelain that can help dissolve blood clots and fade bruising. I also drunk plenty of water and in extreme cases I used Arnicare Cream.

Hi 😀
I’m currently pregnant (34 weeks, or 7.8 months) and I’m still do pole! I can’t do much any more though. I was doing inverts right up till the middle of my second trimester. I never tried anything new, but practiced the moves I knew well. At the moment I can only do chair spins, back hooks, squats, and pole spins. I let my LMP know what I was doing and I listened to my body when something became too much. Its great to exercise while pregnant. -

I’m in! I’m pregnant at the moment, but that’s not going to stop me 😉
