I got a pic posted! I’m still working on a side spin into a superman, but it looks decent from this angle lol. I missed class tonight =( So I’m super excited to go to class tomorrow and work it out! My new goals for the month is to master the basic invert, try a scorpio/gemini (not sure what the difference is? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif ) , and begin training to do a shoulder mount. I foresee a lot of ab work! *Groan!*

Oh I’m sore today! I took a cardio ballet class tonight, and wow! Yeah, I’ve seen her videos on youtube! I would love to take a class at Mynx sometime! Maybe I will take a workshop someday! I saw that they have open pole jam on sundays, but only if you are a student there.. pity cause I would love to drop in! As far as moves, I can do a few simple inverts, I’m working on my strength training for helicopters and elbow hold inverts. I am obsessed with watching youtube videos lol. I also have a few pdfs of moves from verticaldance.com
