hmm…Yeah I took it down and put it back up and then it still was the same. Maybe I am just overtightening it. I will see about loosening it some. Anytime I have it at a party, i never put it on spinning mode because I don’t trust anyone not to hurt themselves ha!

Veena I worked on those videos today! They were wonderful! I also had the most success climbing on spinning mode yet. It’s not the most pretty of climbs but it’s better than it was!

Funny thing on the Batman curtains….I can’t take any credit. They are left over from the home owner we rent from!! I’m looking for pole dancer curtains to replace them with!

I agree. I think it takes a shit ton more strength! I have only recently in the last month or two started playing on spinning mode and I remember before, it always felt like I couldn’t maintain it. I love it now! I like your suggestions, I will definitely play with that!

Totally does. 🙂 My upper body strength is awful! For as much as I do, its always been my weak point. I am really liking the pole strength routine so I think incorporating that before I do any pole work will be the way to go. Sometimes I have a hard time getting started 🙂 Thanks for your feedback! It is much appreciated!

I am trying to get in 2-3 times a week. I do triathlons and so my season is just starting. I train for triathlons between 6-9 hours a week, often two workouts a day 6 days a week. So i use pole as a good way for strength training. On top of a full time job as a psychotherapist….keeps things busy! I was on my bike this morning for an hour and in about half an hour i plan on poling.

You are all so inspiring to me!

Thanks! I am just getting back into it and in the past, I have been very unstructured so I never really saw too much progress. I will have to keep up with the blog and keep track of it. I am excited to get back to it. is there still the webcam chats on here?

    Hey all,

Was just curious how people structure their pole sessions. Clearly you need a warm up, getting the muscles woken up, etc. But will you work on general moves or kinda pick maybe one or two move tutorials to go through? Just curious to hear what works for everyone!
