Everyone heals differently…but the majority of docs will say 6-8wks.

I'm a busty gal, so it took me a while to figure out how to not get my boobs in the way of this trick. So if you have bigger boobs, I found it was easier to wait and flex my pecs/biceps til the pole was in place… because if you flex those first…it makes it harder to get the pole in just the right spot. Does that make sense? AND if my top had too much coverage up near the armpit I found I couldnt do it as well either. But I have it down great now…. once I figured out those few things!

I personally think woman should still be soft and curvy. I'm a pretty thin girl and could lose all my softness quiclky if I'm not careful. I like to have a little wiggle in my hips/butt/thighs…but at the same time…i like to bust out my guns https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

My concern with the tooth paste is…it's a gritty substance( a super fine grit, but still a grit)…and over time it could compromise the finish on your poles…https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_geek.gif

I started working on it about 2wks ago…off and on, and Just this past Tuesday I was able to let my one hand go for 2 seconds. Thats a big deal in my book! So Just keeeeeep at it and it will click. You just have to program it into your muscle memory, then each time it gets a bit easier and before too long you'll just nail it! Thats it works for me anyways

I’ve been doing pole for over a year and still bruise pretty bad! I’ve been to the docs and had ALL kinds of bloodwork done… Still no answers! Some people say it can be from lack strength/ technique/ control…. But even with old basic moves that I know I’ve mastered… I bruise, so I’ve just come to accept that I’m an easy bruiser. :(. Now with new moves, sure I bruise, too, but I think that’s to be expected.
