For what it’s worth… I get a massage weekly and my therapist is a sports therapist and it’s not speeding up the process. Or maybe I’m just impatient! Lol Damn my pole addiction!

I like the Corkscrew into an invert! Its not done very often….and not hard but looks cool if you pause at the end of the spin in an armpit hold( legs in attitude position) then a low aeiral invert! I bruise bad, too, and I've been doing it for a year!

I do dead sea salt baths…HOT baths, that helps the cirrculation and removing the old blood. Its helped speed up the healing process. I also use self tanner on my legs to help them to not stand out so mcuh.

I started mainly for the fitness part, but also fell in love with how sexy and confident it made me feel. It seems it’s hard for us women to be able to express our sensuality without being labeled something negative in this world. Pole allows me to do so in a manner that’s conducive to marriage, also 😉
