Yea, it was of me. I just reposted it. We’ll see if it stays. If not, I’ll go the YouTube route. Thanks

Also, I’m getting the guts to post on here. Now just gotta figure out how to do it from my iPhone. Any advice?

Ok? I just posted a video to fb, and the removed it? They said it was a 3rd part copyright infringement. I guess it was the music I had on the video. Can I take the music out and be fine? Or are they just hating on a poler for the moment?

I’ve thought about getting mine removed, or smaller, too. I’m going to wait to make sure hubby and I are done having kids(which I think we are 95% sure), before I do it, because if I can’t get this currnt baby weight off…. I might have the Doc help me with that too!

But yes, they get in the way…and I always feel like they are gonna fall out of my clothes during certain tricks. I say go for it!

Hahaha, I work in the dental field…so I always pronounce it like a” dental veneer”( to myself) out of habit.

Hmm, can’t say I love the way the pole was used in this episode. Not that I disagree with it for that kinda use, I was just hoping for a non stripper related association with it.. Oh well 🙂

Yes, it can make you sticky. I put some on right before poling….bad idea. I could almost run up to the pole, jump on it and stick to it handsfree. I was pretty bruised the next day,Haha…but I did learn to never apply right before a workout.

Just give a while to absorb. They say wait 6hrs or so for lotion, I can put this stuff on 2hrs prior and be fine. everybody’s different, though…just give a try and see what works best for you:)

I use “Corn Huskers” moisturizer( which I was reminded about by another girl on here), anyway it’s the best solution I have found. It is glycerin based, not oil based. I got it CVS.

    Hope that helps ya some!

If you put a blowdryer to them, then wear them, it will stretch them out. It may take a couple of times, but it does work, that’s what I do.

Are you selling them because they stretch and become too big while dancing? I’ve had that issue with Ellie’s too. It’s hard to pick out a heel, because while dancing your body heat makes that plastic soft and allows room for give. But when your just trying them on… You can’t tell how much the will expand. Kinda sucks.

    Super cute shoes, though!

Yea, I’m new to the pole, too, and bruise there big time. I’ve been at it for 2mo and already see a difference in my strength….I’m hoping soon the bruising will pass. My friend/instructor( not to me) said it took about 9mo. For the bruising to stop.

I’m hoping it stops soon, because I have a Drs appt coming up soon and I’m afraid she’s gonna think I was assaulted since the inside of my thighs are black and blue!
