I dunno what you washed your pole with but there might be some people out there who would like to know because they slide too much. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif Maybe you should try wiping it down with a different solution. I use rubbing alcohol. If that’s what you used I don’t know how to help you other than to tell you to evaluate your climate where your pole resides see Veena’s "Tempermental Pole" article for that if you haven’t already. G-luck Spiderman!

I got an offer for an upgrade too. I must admit that the height adjustment being at the bottom is tempting just because of the extra six inches it would give at the top. However, on the same feature I wondered if my feet wouldn’t get caught down there or not? Dunno. Anyhoo, I don’t care to go through the trouble of getting the upgrade . And…. I would rather let some others take test runs on the new one. Besides my pole isn’t very aged yet. It hasn’t even had it’s first birthday.

I don’t have an X-pole but maybe you should post a video or a picture of your situation. That would probably enable people to help you better with suggestions.

You may be a pole dancer if your pole gets wiped clean more often than your coffee table.
You may be a pole dancer if you rate couch cushions for their cushioning ability under your pole.

I personally would take it as a good sign when a website is sold out on a product opposed to one having it in stock. People who do good business are going to have a harder time keeping products in stock. Then again everyone has to start somewhere but typos aren’t going to help business. Another thought could be that if they can’t find the time to design a proper website without numerous typos do you think they’re going to find time to properly deal with your order, especially if there may end up being shipping problems???

you mentioned that you spend lots of money on the best spices…ever consider growing some of your own?? I don’t know your living situation but many herbs and plants from which your spice blends are derived can be grown indoors. Get a good dehydrator and you can store them too. Now, I don’t know anything about growing curry but I do know many peppers used for hot/spicy flavors make good houseplants.
