Hi gals this is a brilliant idea I have just joined another "splits challenge" group 2010, I am 37 and already doing pole has increased my flexibility so I am further down now than I was 6 months ago but still few inches to go, if anyone can recommend any good groin or hip flexor stretches maybe we can swap some on here too, with piccies. I did a good streching this morning and I really felt my hips had had a workout, dont’ think I’ll ever get middle splits but more like front splits but can’t wait to see everyone’s progress as it gives me the incentive to keep it up.
