I have a 50mm TG. I have some pretty big sweat issues, and the only thing I can grip is brass or the TG. I slide right off chrome and even the LM poles. I’ve never used a 45mm, so I can’t weigh in on that, but if your hands are sweaty at all, I would go with the TG over chrome for sure.

The Ikea ones don’t have a frame or a beveled edge, so the reflection is pretty decent. I have 5 or so in a row – they work pretty well!

I have these from Ikea. They’re only $8 and you can butt them up together to make them as wide as you want

Yep, it’s me! I guess it has been quite a while! I wish I could say my poling has progressed, however it’s more the opposite. I’m trying to get back into it though.

I took Pole Addiction’s Beginner 1 class, but now I practice at home. However, I’m kind of just getting back to it, so I’m thinking about classes again.
