Veena – Is over night shipping available for your poles?
-
Thanks you all for the replies! I guess no one is going to try to talk me into purchasing a Star Stand Alone, huh? LoL

Thanks for the input everyone! I appreciate it. I must say that I’m dreaming of a Star Stand Alone. Possible the translucent with lights underneath. Anyone have one of those? Or have used the Pole Armour?

What I know for sure is that I’ll go with a 45mm. The thought of screwing into the ceiling doesn’t sound fun. Especially when my lease is up the end of March and I’m uncertain if I’ll renew yet. But Veena made the comment that freestanding stages may not be the best for beginners.

MemberFebruary 19, 2014 at 1:00 pm in reply to: Looking for a used freestanding pole ASAP!I’d be sold on a SV pole except my bedroom ceiling is 8ft and flat and the other room I want to use is anywhere from 9.6ft and up as well as vaulted. Sadly, it wouldn’t allow me to go back and forth 🙁

I have been lurking Craigslist daily for over a month! Is Lil Mynx the only pole with an indiscreet top mount into the ceiling with only one screw? I’d love to be able to go from using a pole at 8 feet in my flat bedroom to 11 feet in my vaulted ceiling living room. But PS and X-pole both have massive, ugly mounts and LM only have one piece options with no extensions 🙁

I’ve been close minded to any static pole I’ve come across. But how long did everyone “pole” before they started spinning? It just occurred to me that I might be pitiful at first. Clinging to the pole sweating profusely and realizing the beginner in pole definitely means BEGINNER!!!

And yes, 7 year olds call it as they see it! Next thing I know, people will be thinking I’m a volunteer firefighter or something!! -
Do you kind of press it up while sliding it to set it up? I’ve never owned ANY pole yet. So I’m clueless.
-
I did see that but it didn’t specify one piece pole or multi. Unless I’m having a moment and missing something! Wouldn’t put it past me today.

Is the pole all one piece?
