If you don’t have any grey, you could make a rinse with black walnut powder. Steep overnight. Strain and pour over clean, wet hair 10 or so times. I have read that it can stain, but have never had it do so. Had to switch to henna to nab my grey.

I’ve played with face exercises for the last 7 years. I’m nearly 47. They work, but like everything, they work best when consistent and some programs are really time consuming. Some seem to make faces a lot wider, which is good if you have a narrow face. Not so good for me.
For ease and efficacy, I like Fitface avail in short form on Kindle. You don’t have to touch your face w special gloves and now that I am being less consistent, I can see that it really was working. Need to get back on sched. Good luck.

Try practicing in the bathtub. It is an old belly dance trick. You can see the water move and get a better sense of how to time your muscles.

Love it! Are you thinking of making some to sell. Would love one for my writing room.

My face is “Serpentine.” I’ve taken awesome workouts from Zoe Jakes who has a new DVD and liked Aubre’s as well. Worlddance NY does fantastic stuff. Lots for your $$$. But if I could only start with one, it would be “Serpentine.” Happy dancing.

  • For your rescue pup, you might get some Anti-Icky Poo. Really. Takes out the urine smell like nothing else and Rescue Remedy in his water might help him relax.

Thanks to everyone for the support and ideas. I am going to really pay attention to leg and outer foot position while practicing this week.:)

My hubby and I are coming up from Seattle in time for the pro performances. We are staying at Miss, which seems close to the venue. Decent place? I’m hoping to catch a workshop on Sunday before we leave. Would love to meet other Veeners.
