Thanks so much for the link. – Im actually already doing the exercises you’re demonstrating it the video – I found it on you tube a while ago https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif – But yes I would love to get some more exercises, Im willing to try anything .. (did I mention that the pain lasts for a little while, like a few hours, after I’ve done a move, and then it goes aways ) The timedifference is going to make it really hard to find a time we’re both avaliable.. – do you have time now?

Its probably my body’s way of telling me that its not strong enough yet.. Maybe I should do some more strength training before I try again, because I do not wanna get injured.. I actually just ordered my pole. But not until after I’d spoken to my instructor and read lots on this board. I ordered a 50 mm Chrome X Pole. It should be in soon. I am super excited. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif I think I’ll be happy with it.

That’s awesome, New dancer .. – Im sure you will love your new pole once you get it. Can’t wait ’till my muscles stop hurting so I can get on the pole again ^-^ .

Yeah me to !! Gosh, and today it’s even worse… I can’t believe how many muscles there actually are in my arms, shoulders and neck.. Yes it’s almost impossible not to be inspired by his lyrics, the way he moved and the beautiful personality that was behind the name Michael Jackson.
Through out my childhood i spend every moment trying to master his dance.. I moonwalked, sidewalked, kicked grabed my chrotch and everything..
I just love him.. I have nothing but love for that man – and I hope that he is somewhere looking down on us, and see how much we apreciate him.. <3 I can’t believe it’s been a week. It’s like the world is not the same anymore – something has changed, it’s impossible to put a finger on it, but.. just something is changed, and i don’t think it’ll ever be the same again.
We love you, Michael !! We’ll pray for you for generations to come. We’ll never forget you, and your music will continue to change lifes around the globe for years and years and years to come – that’s for sure. !

so which material is the best for a pole ? I see that there is one in titanium and one in chrome her on studioveena.. which one is the best ?
