My princess is 3 months https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif The situation with my abs was a bit better with my 2 boys. This time I only could find my abs after pole https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif Now I know that they DO exist in my body Hahaha My legs also hurt terrific https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_evil.gif so by now I started doing exersises to return my strength and stretching. About the lack of time… heh… It’s almost the greatest problem for me now https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif Sooo hard to deal with all things https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif I’ll take your lessons!!! Of course!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif Thanx, hunny)))

Definetely, we are POLE DANCERS!!! I can do on the pole almost the same you do https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif , but I dance that’s for sure. I’m a former go-go)) No, I’m a former go-go after 3 babies. But my body moves with the rythm and it moves around the pole)) Moreover, I suppose that even real profies are always on the way improving the skills and learning smthing new, so we are close.. hahahaha You move nice, you dance, learn and enjoy… you are a POLEDANCER, of course)) No doubt https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

Hahahahaaaaaaa https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif I meant full circle instead of circus, of course https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif 4 years sitting with children killed my mind Hahaaaaaa)))) Truly I have even less space at home, but I can successfully work on "treaks" as we call it

I have 2 poles. My x-pole is in my apartment, but to tell the truth it is not the best variant for me. there is not mush space so hardly I can do all I want. as far as I know, the minimum space needed measures as follows: stand by the pole and stretch a leg 90 degr to your body. the circus that your leg makes around the pole is your minimum space. my second pole is more preferable as I have no space limits there. fs for the height in my flat it is 2,65 m (we measure height in meters https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif ) the other ceiling is 2,80 m https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

AAAAAAh, Alena, of course… https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif I know U https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif You’re a fab dancer,
I love your vids. I’m so pleased)) Did U speak with Vardanush or Viorika Venchetto? I don’t know much about EAPDR. Viorika organised it as far as I know. She’s a real profi with perfect technique. But as for me, our WPDF representatives are more reliable. Pole fitness is not SO wide spread here, but it grows rapidly. so far more and more organisations occur)) something like that https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif -
