    Tarah, I remember that you got your implants removed and then I stumbled across this blog. I'm a DD and I feel like my implants are more of an inconvenience and that they are just affecting my lifestyle. I can't workout like I want to, daily activities are uncomfortable, I hate shopping, its hard to find a bra that fits, and not to mention how I hate my boobs or nipple falling out of all my tops when I pole lol. I recently when to a PA and he thinks the implants are just too big for my body but he also wants me to get a lollipop lift as well and he says it'll take me 3-5 months to heal and during that time I will constantly have to wear a very specific bra to produce minimal scarring.

    So the question I want to ask you, is how long did it take for you to heal, and did you just have the implants removed or did you have a lift as well? How long was it before you were back on the pole and back to your previous comfort level, and does not having them make poling easier?

    I've had the DVDs since summer of 2012 but never used them because I found out I was pregnant. I'm 2 months postpartum now and I've just started stretching again using AA's pure splits and stretching for pole. I like to do the pure splits one day and stretching for pole the next but I'm rather skeptical of her DVD's. I wish she provided more instruction so I didn't have to constantly look at the screen to see if she's still in the same stretch, and her countdown isn't very loud. In the pure splits dvd there are some stretches I simply cannot get into, such as the vertical splits against the pole (I mean seriously, do you think I can do that if I'm using this video lol).I also wish she provided more back stretches and emphasized on breathing more, for that is what really enables me to relax and benefit from the stretch. I've only done pure splits twice and stretching for pole once but I think I like Veena's stretches more, for her videos are calmer and emphasize on breathing more. I also think Veena  provides more instruction throughout the stretch, which allows you to focus on your stretch without having to constantly look at the screen. I'm hoping that I can start Veena's lessons again once we are done buying our house and our situated.

    @https://www.studioveena.com/users/view/50b4131a-8478-4b9d-9ade-75df0ac37250 I'm selling it for 200 (not including shipping). Where do you live? It's not a 6' x 7', it's a 6' x 8' 4" so 72" x 100." I def. agree that being a mom is a joy, I have a 2 1/2 yr old little boy and he is a hand full but a lot of fun. @QueenJewell- Thank you.

    I bought a 6ftx7ft (maybe bigger) online for $300. They ship it and put it up for you. I can’t remember the name of the company but I can try to find out. I’m actually having to get rid of it bc we are turning the room into a nursery.

    I have been poling since July so I'm no expert either, lol. From what I've been told you can do cardio, stretching, and floorwork everyday. Strength training, conditioning, and pole work can only be done every other day because your muscles need at least one whole day of rest inbetween to recover and rebuild, this is how your muscles get stronger. If you don't give your muscles adequate time to repair they will be more prone to injury. Sometimes I even need two days of rest if I've had an intense pole session.

    I just discovered this thread, haha omg I love you ladies..haha @PoleSkivves"Now we know the real reason the music is turned up so loudly in the clubs." Pole queefing hasn't happened to me but I must say I have let air out of the rear end when poling. Last night I was freestyling and I was so relaxed and I was pushing up from the floor out of a floor dive and all you hear is "toot," my husband just stopped what he was doing and we both started laughing hysterically. Stuff happens, lol.

    I pole dance because it is empowering and sexy.  I love the striptease and the aerobic side of pole. It keeps me fit, it lets me express myself, and feel sexy. When I watch a video of myself I am suprised because I have always been a horribly uncoordinated dancer.

    Sinnamon-No so just avoid what I said, for to ship to Canada the company would probably charge the customer. I ordered mine through Amazon and the seller was YogaDirect and they were promoting free shipping at the time.

    I ordered mine from yogadirect.com and the shipping was free. It is 5 inches thick and 5 feet wide. I've never worn heels when using it but I have fallen a few times and it's saved my butt from some nasty bumps and bruises.
