I try and stay away from all that but sometimes I am not so good!! Gluten, sugar and sugar substitutes are forbidden! If I look at the ingredient list of things and can’t pronounce or picture it, I don’t eat it

Yeah!! I am a grass fed meat girl too! I try to eat zero processed foods and stay away from grain! It gets pretty hard when I travel but I do the best I can!! Robb Wolf is my favorite author and whole9life.com is my favorite nutrition website!!! I love how I feel! I look, sleep and poop better when I eat this way

I totally get what you are saying!! I watch this one Felix Cane video over and over!! I know that I will never be that but it inspires me so!!! Why am I doing this?! I have no idea other than it is a challenging fun workout that brings a little sass to my life

I have been doing yoga for many years and I initially came to the practice for the physical but these days I really enjoy the meditative side as much if not more!! I am a nicer and less reactive person because of yoga. I could say I started yoga to tighten my rear but the best part is that it has lightened my head!!!

I do yoga!! I have the best instructor!! She restorativally (?word?) kicks my butt in the most loving nurturing way!! My suggestion to anyone interested is to take a few days and try different styles as they are very different! I love a power vinyasa class but I also like to balance it with some yin yoga!! Have fun!!!
