So it may sound dumb, but i had a little practice on my pole, and then i took pictures of the bits i love about me ( posted previously) So maybe all you lovely ladies should do that to re-affirm just how beautiful our lovely bits are!!!

Well sitting here reading all of your post’s has made me smile, and the post has come at a much needed time!!
I am going through a im not good enough stage, and the post has lifted my spirits!! So here goes…..

HA! i know this feeling only too well!
But the thing is, I can’t do many big tricks either! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif I find if I practice in the evening, and have my lights low, it makes it a whole lot easier to dance sexy or move fluidly, it just gets me in the mood more. Spend somtime trying to pick out songs that make you feel really sexy, pop them on your playlist, turn the lights down low, and give it ago. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
