you don’t know how much I appreciate and am THANKFUL your replies to my threads(even years after their posted) Venna, gives the right direction to the proper videos… 🥰🥰🥰(you help more than some teachers I had in class)
you taught me to climb before I even went to a studio or took a class. I’ll forever recommend studio Veena and when I do, this is the exact reason why!
GREAT VIDEOs, GREAT INSTRUCTOR, GREAT SERVICE.. so excited to finally be in the right direction.
    thank-you thank-you !

one handed spins on static.. both sides of course!☺️
like even the basic fireman spin and such with just one hand…I’m frustrated after months since most do it sooo easily since day one. not me.

I can’t seem to find a video here or online as Venna breaks all moves down to make sense for my brain…🥰
I’m trying normal spins and taking my bottom hand off but nope..I just fall like a bag of potatoes.
I know the pole pull up with one hand conditioning.. I also always struggled with that too and still do.

I’m not sure if I don’t have the grip..(normal spins fine) or strength (I can climb and sit and invert) I could never get one handed spins..maybe my muscles are still not use to it ??
I even bought a pull up bar hoping to help one hand spins (what our studio calls them)… but maybe I don’t know the right conditioning or workouts or right technique 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

is there any video lessons for this ?😊 I can do all Venna said is required but one hand spins are definitely my downfall right now and have alwayssss been😔 I don’t give up tho. I can invert and do normal basic spins (static) but not one handed and the other girls make it look SOO easy !!

I’m SOOOO excited to try these this weem!! I figured it would come with time…

Some days I have all grip with no aid, other days I can’t get any. I have better luck on my home pole, more grip for longer before my hands swear..

the studio I can’t do anything because of nogrip..😪😪😪😪 yes I use every grip aid their is except gloves and I’m SICK of a teacher telling me to try gloves… when I know I have good grip at home..

I want to use my own body. nothing wrong with gloves I just personally really don’t want them…

I hope these lessons do the trick 🌼💕

All these tips looks useful however I have the OPPOSITE issue…
I have an xpert chrome pole the new ones with the lock at the bottom to switch to spin…
I had it a year, been taking classes like 6 months…

The studio I have noooooo grip. It’s so sad and frustrating because if I just had grip I’d be able to do A LOT MORE. Some teachers tell me to try gloves and I REALLY do not want to.

At home I sometimes get really good grip, but idk how. With time and warming up the pole… Or am I less anxious at home so I don’t sweat as much?

I use dry hands.. I have mighty grip, & tite grip also . My palms are SOO sweaty which is my issue… Most I read have too dry of hands… I wish I had that issue.

I don’t want to use gloves so I’m trying everything to get better grip….. 💔💔💔💔💔

I’m having the opposite problem I see here. I had my home chrome 45 xpole for almost a year brand new and I find I grip way better then the ones in the studio. I’m not sure if it’s because so many other ppl and skin and sweat is used on the studio poles or if I’m just more comfortable at home so I don’t sweat as much???? Ive tried alllllll grips, tite grip seems to work best for my very sweaty hands right now…but it’s a daily struggle and I REALLY don’t want to try gloves or have to depend on them. I also rub the studio poles up and down for a super long time and then I get some grip but sweat comes back fast 😪 IF ANYONE HAS SUGGESTIONS ID LOVE YOU. My teacher likely thinks I can’t do anything because I have no grip and no, the shaving cream does not work for me 🙄😒😪
