Yaaaayyy so I know it’s not alot to shout about but it’s a big deal to me! I’ve been working in the reverse caterpillar lately and just could not take my feet off te pole but tonight I managed to slide 1 leg up then after a few more attempts managed to shift both legs up 1 at a time, it’s small baby steps but it’s made me soooo happy!! Any other tips on this move would be greatly appreciated, also tips on sliding feet up from handstand position should chest be close to pole or not?? Yippee lol =)

I’m so glad someone else feels this way as I still can’t seem to get myself around the sm I get so far up and just can’t seem to hook that foot then my friend who rarely poles comes along and does it right away! I’m so peeved! 🙁 any tips would be great x
