    StellarMotion,

My low opinion of xpole is derived from several issues. I HATE that the pole is flimsy, thin pieces of metal with holes all up and down it. I hate that theres a bunch of useless pieces and why does it require an HOUR long instructional dvd on how to put the damn thing together? i have more important things to do than sit and listen to KT Coates blab on about it. i should not have to deal with stepping around a huge plate in the middle of the floor (the one thats attatched to the pole) and i should not have to deal with a massive cone shaped piece of metal at the top either. xpole has big design flaws in my opinion. the "chopsticks" that they give you to unlock the pieces are not strong enough to unscrew the joints and whats all this about having to take it down once a month and "clean it"…bullshit. once again, i have more important things to do. additionally, i have MAJOR issues with their shipping policy. I live in hawaii, and if i order something that needs shipped DONT PUT IT ON THE BOAT TO GET IT HERE as it takes longer than a month to get here, just priority it to me, im paying for the shipping anyways. i have had to order the release tools because the "chopsticks" are USELESS and my joints are locked together, once again, they put a THREE POUND PACKAGE ON THE BOAT and didnt priority it to me and were sitting at three weeks since i placed the order and it still isnt here. i called xpole and the moron on the phone tried to make me believe that it takes a package longer to get here from cali than it does from texas, SERIOUSLY??? i know this is nonsense as i have proven this untrue in my other online shopping endeavors. i hate xpole, they suck. thats just my opinion, and like i have said MANY times: OPINIONS ARE LIKE ASSHOLES, EVERYBODY HAS ONE.

i have a very unhealty disdain for my xpole. i will NEVER EVER recommend xpole to anyone, nor will i ever make another purchase from that business. i love my ps ss one piece super pole, it was slick when i first got it, i came from a lil mynx powder coated one…im used to the ss now, i prefer ss, i like that the quality is unsurpassed by any other pole ive tried, their customer service has been nothing but helpful and extremely tolerant of my many calls and questions. i think that to get quality you have to pay for it, with that said, i will put my dollar and my support in platinum stages.

ok…tex is jumping on this bandwagon…a while ago in chat, glitterhips was saying how she kept a food journal, so i started doing the same. today is my second day writing my journal, i am going to transfer it on here exactly as it is in my notebook:

please understand…i have SEVERE irritable bowel syndrome. i drink fiber (yes the gross gloppy kine) and i drink laxative tea just to keep myself SOMEWHAT regular and my stomach under control. on average i drink a gallon to a gallon and a half of water per day, i love the stuff and i cant get enough of it. also, i eat at home mainly, so everything i write down is all homemade by me in my kitchen.

    1/19/10

    metamucil
1/2 turkey sammie on whole wheat multigrain bread w a smear of olive oil mayo, extra tomatoes and extra lettuce and pepper sprinkled on it
a capri sun 100% juice pouch in apple splash

    12:45 pm:

i have both a 45mm chrome xpole and a platinum stages one piece super pole. i prefer my platinum stages pole. the quality is much much better its worth the extra money. i posted a blog on the subject i would also be happy to answer any of your questions. my best friend just ordered the extreme pole from platinum i will let you know what she thinks about it as well as the other lady that posted about her extreme pole. its personal preference for most of us…personally i would go with platinum stages. i have had ZERO problems with my platinum stages pole nor have i EVER had a problem with the business itself customer service wise.

If you have towels specifically for cleaning your pole…you may be a pole dancer.

If you have set up a spot in your house that’s perfect for setting your camera to make a pole video…you may be a pole dancer.
