Still encouraged by the stage as sounds like one for me as still paranoid about ceiling and don’t really have space for a permanent pole maybe next house can get a fixed pole or two but that’s just wishful thinking … Thanks guys for all the advice much appreciated

Glad to see so many positive responses I think investment is definitely justified now but maybe I’ll have a look at pole types again
but think I am settled on x stage but will have to cut pole length which would be a shame but necessary to fit house as at moment I can only practice once a week and I’m itching to do more

Thank you .. Watching lessons very helpful and looking forward to first lesson but will certainly take time first to get back in shape

Don’t have pole at home but maybe after finishing the course I will as that was the main issue last time had no where to practice and was reliant on lesson time hopefully with new studio. Can book in a lot of practice sessions

Thanks veena as helpful as always

Thank you for the Welcome … Just doing the warm exercises .. will help firm up the right bits i think … might have to save the pennies for a pole though ..

the only other hic up will be my aversion to being upside down eeek..

but will take it one step at a time

    thanks again
