    Thank you all for your replies. I haven’t decided yet, but I think as long as I cannot find any thin lady telling me she can do thigh squeezing moves on a 45 but not for the life of her on a 40, I will go with the 40mm. I think. It is such an investment and I would hate to be longing for a 40 soon after I bought the 45. It is a big jump though, I know….

    Veena teaches this as the Back Bend Slide. I would really recommend to get her lessons, they are super duper helpful, very thorough and quite handy because the moves have names so we can talk about them :))))

    The Chopper is not a simple trick! It requires lots of core and arm strength. So be patient with yourself, it is perfectly normal to take months before you can do it. Practice Veena’s Knee Tucks, they are hard in the beginning but will do wonders… Good luck!
