Monokini, side cutout, one-piece thing?I know you are looking for performance quality clothing but after reading this I decided to make an attempt at the cirlce cut out style top and I cut up an old exercise top. It works really well for me so far and i'm happy with it. So there is always the option of altering existing clothing if you don't have the cash to invest in new stuff. 🙂

I love the idea of creating a stage personality when doing any type of performance. It can be so hard to share yourself with an audience through dance, song, or anyt type of performing. Sometimes creating that stage personality and giving them a name helps. My days of performing have come and gone and while I have my doubts about performing again in the future if i did I think i would create a stage name and build upon it. 🙂 I would probably pick something with KiKi in it

I am currently struggling with this issue for the Yogini as well. I have teh flexibilty but lack the back and leg strength to lift my leg higher. I was told to try the Bow yoga position. I have also been laying on my stomach and stretching my legs out straight and lifting them.

So just an update in case anyone else has this issue, I saw my doctor who said its most liked a type of callus that can build up on bone that irritates the nerves. If you alleviate the pressure it can go away on its own. I did get x rays just to be safe though. 🙂

I have ceilings about the same height as you. You just have to be creative with some moves but i can invert fine in the space i have

It doesn't hurt or anything, I'm just more concerned if I could cause permanent nerve damage…To be honest I am not even sure If pole is what caused it….
