I have like half and inch between the botton of my ribcage and the top of my hip bone. I find it affect moves like the twiste Ballerina as there is less of me to wrap around the pole but I haven't had any issue with rib pain from the Yogini, gemini, teddy or jade. But I agree if you have been injuring your ribs its a good idea to see a doctor.

I used to attend classes at a studio but left as it wasn't the best fit for me. I found studioveena on my own about a month after i started poling 🙂

My boyfriend once was sitting on the bed doing homework while i poled but he had to move to another room since I was too distracting. My cat is always winding around my ankles and tryig to knock my camera over. haha

haha this was fun, I ended up at $375

I'm sorry that you are experiencing so much stress right now. There has been some much great advice given and I know that you will figure out the right decision for you. The best thing i can suggest is find someone to talk to. Go to counseling together, go by yourself. Find someone you can talk out your feelings with. Counselors are great for being a neutral party to help a couple work things out with. They can help you establish healthy fighting rules. Sending you positive thoughts.

Happy Birthday!!!!

I have the same problem Luvlee. I know if I poled more consistantly I'd be able to do more and to do moves stronger and more confidently. It is the downside to self teaching. I am interested to hear what helps others too!

Sorry that was supposed to be MG not PG gloves. oy!

Like CapFeb said, I bought a pair of PG gloves with Tack and i really like them! They have really been helping my work on spinny pole! 🙂 I also made the mistake of buying the wrong size and Mighty Grip was AMAZING in helping me fix this.

interesting, what size hands would you say you have? I wish there was an easy way to try out pole diametres and finishes, but sadly i live somewhere where that is not an option. Would love to have a 45 someday though.

oh I would love to get one but my ceiling are too low 🙁 someday though!
