Hi Everyone-

Thank you so much for your input! All your information is truly helpful. I greatly appreciate it. I am totally out of shape and just starting to workout again. I might start out with some S Factor to get in touch with my sensual side and then the online lessons or one of the other studios afterwards to focus on more.
