I was wondering the same thing! I didn’t know if it was some glitch, but I can totally understand the reasoning behind taking the stars away.

O.M.G. .. I actually went through this same exact convo with my husband. He was like "it will fall down if you don’t bolt it" I was like "actually it wont" he was like.. "yeah.. the force will make it fall down" I was like "no. thats wrong" but if you like I can show you video after video of women using the x-pole. So .. needless to say we made an agreement that if the pole arrived and was wobbly at all he could do what he needed to make it not wobbly. Needless to say its not bolted, and its never wobbled once. Shit.. he’s even swung around on it!

He just loves you and doesn’t want you getting hurt. Or hes a know-it-all. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif

Yeah.. I remember this (as it wasn’t that long ago) that I was complaining of the same thing. I would try to climb the pole and right back down I would slide. I couldn’t imagine how it was even possible. Try squeezing harder. Really push the top of your foot and back of your calf against the pole as hard as you can. If you have to imagine there is hot lava on the ground and if you slide down, you die, but in like.. 3 seconds the lava will turn solid and it will be safe to get down. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

I’m not understanding at what point you are upside down though, or how that plays in to the question? Are you doing a shoulder mount, cross ankle hold?
