I bought my X-stage Lite crash pad on Amazon. I ordered pink to match my pink silicone pole. They also come in black. They come in 2″ thick to 5″ thick. Search Amazon for Greatgymats Folding Pole Dance Crash Mats. Price is $250 for 5″ thick.

I received my X-Pole Stage Lite Silicone pole and I’m very happy with it. I no longer need to wear gloves. I do need to rinse my hands with cold water and dry them a few times during my workout, but this is still an improvement. I do use the Dryclor at night.

I received the Driclor and it’s powerful! My hands are much better now. Read the directions and don’t put it on spots that become too dry over time. I still want a silicone pole though.

I have a problem with sweaty hands too. I have tried everything including Dry Body wipes that you apply at night. I gave up on products and just use gloves. I just ordered the Driclor and I’m going to hope for the best. I’m thinking about getting a silicone pole because I think it might help me with my grip.

I’ve never been a facebook fan or twitter fan. People post crazy stuff.

I have started over twice due to health issues. I have done the 30 day getting started program a few times. I keep coming back to pole because I love the feeling I get when I’m polling. I am almost back to where I was before. Right now, I’m having a hard time with gemini, but I know I will get it again if I keep trying. Sometimes, life hands us a nasty surprise, be we must get back up again and move on.

I now have a stand alone stage lite and I love it. I gave my dome pole to charity!

I also like the 30-day Abs program.

MemberNovember 9, 2016 at 11:38 pm in reply to: Pole dancing with a defibrillator/pacemakerI’m glad that there are pole dancers with pacemakers because there is talk of me needing one. I’m thinking that I will tell the doctor that I need to be able to do pullups with my arms so I will need long wires. I also wouldn’t want it in my arm pit. Does anyone have any other tips?
