Thanks for the super quick responses… I did try what you said drianu, I think it is better!  Maybe it's just like what webmaster said, I am just used to how the xpole feels and it feels different.  I'm not used to hearing the inner pole rattle when I try to jiggle it out of place for safety.  I actually tried to call that number earlier today and it didn't work!  I will try again tomorrow… I do love the powder coating and already I can do some things I just can't do on my xpole, so i'm really happy about that.  Also it spins really nicely, properly, unlike my xpole.  Thanks for the help~

Hi everyone… I just received my studioveena pole & set it up!  I already had an xpert, everything was great about it except it would not properly go on spin mode.  I found out that it was a problem that happened with many people… it would click, wasn't smooth, I tried to loosen the pole and it didn't help.

Now I set up my new SV pole & I don't know if i'm doing something wrong, but it seems somewhat flimsy?  At least compared with my xpole… I have hardwood floors so I needto use that rubber base but I feel like that base keeps slipping if I pull on my pole hard enough with my hands to test out the pole.  I tried to extend the pole as much as it can go, still being able to use that rubber thing, and no luck – I can always manage to move the base of my pole.  It alarms me because when I am spinning aroud like crazy on spin mode, I really don't feel safe.  And I feel really scared to go upside down too… thinking the base will slide out from under me as I switch positions.  It seems to be a bit more stable without the rubber thing.  Does anybody have any advice for me please?  I love the powder coat & really want to use my new pole asap!
