What do you mean about leg warmers being good for pole?
If you live in Europe, you can order from this site:
http://www.dancedirect.com/uk/I've used them in Israel, and have been really happy with the service and prices.

Regarding static stretching in warm ups – Thomas Kurz has been writing about the negative effects it has on the athlete's performance for years. His flexibility books deal specifically with how to develop strength and flexibility without compromising either of them, what kind of athletic abilities flexibility impairs, and how to determine when a certain type of flexibility can affect the athlete's performance negatively (iwhen joint stability should be preferred over range of motion for safety or form reasons).
BUT If you read his books, be warned – his style is quite obnoxious…

I think the thing about legs wiggling is that very few do it gracefully… Amy has a tutorial on leg waving that explains this variation:

I have 38' hips, 29' waist. I wear medium brazil shorts. They fit, but show a lot of booty. I think small might have worked for me as well, but I haven't tried it.

By the way, my teacher has a very pretty side climb. But she makes everything look pretty

Teddy and most strength moves (flags, iron x and such). Unfortunately, strength moves are the easiest for me.

In the current choreography I work on, I just count to 8 with the song

@SueBaron thanks, I will try that!

Does it work for large breasts with excess skin as well?

I don't know what it's called in English. In Hebrew it is called "Candle Stand". Lift into in with straight legs. Once you are up, try to stay up without using your hands. The final step is to go up with straight legs using only your muscles – no hands!
You can also practice with the pole on the floor – lie near the pole and hold it with both hands (like you are inverting). Hook one leg on the pole and try to lift your pelvis without using the other leg.
Good luck

I don't want implants…
I like their size, they are just… flat. My dr estimated tha after a lift they will be D cup (right now they are DD). I'm happy with that.

Thanks, everyone
No one knows how long should the recovery take?

I've consulted with a plastic surgeon and I was told that I will probably not be able to breast feed if I'll do it.
The thing is – I don't want children in the near future (I assume I will want them some day, but right now I really don't want anything to do with children), and my body issues are bothering me now. I don't want to wait untill I'm 35 to be happy with my body. Aan of course, I expect that pregnancy will bring a whole new bag of other body issues with it…

I think that if you do so much physical work during the week, maybe you should just forgive yourself for not having the motivation to do more physical work for fun. I don't think that forcing yourself to do somthing is going to help your motivation, nor make pole more fun for you. When I busy with other things, I just accept that my pole progress is slower.
That said, I find that:
Taking classes helps me stay motivated because I learn new tricks I wouldn't have learned by myself.
When I practice alone, I try to treat myself to some "fun pole" first – I work on freestyle and dance, which are more fun for me than learning tricks, and it gets me in the mood for the more demanding work. When I feel really down I do only the fun part.
If it is hard for me to keep practicing once I've started, I work with a camera. This way I see all the problems with what I do and it makes me want to keep working to perfect my tricks.
Set up fun and creative goals. For example, about a year ago I wanted to make a clip with all the superman variations I could think of. I made a huge list of combinations of tricks and transitions that the include superman (I think I even invented one), and started working on them and filming them. I had great fun working on it, and it really pushed me forward superman wise.
