Help me do it at home Please!Let it fade out as much as possible, I recently made the mistake of thinking I would go blonde from red.. 5 inches less of hair later I wish I didn’t get that not so great idea and I wonder what I was thinking.
I would let it fade, used a 30 level developer with a heavy ash based blonde. No ultra blue, nothing like that. I would of worn a baseball hat for 90 days then did the above.
Old school prel shampoo strips color out of hair I’ve done removers and lived to regret that idea too.

Being vegan it is extra important for you to consume the proper amounts of nutrients. If anything you should be a pro at this supplementing since you do not eat any meat or animal based product.
But your disappointment won’t be with these ladies it will be with yourself when you do not build the muscle needed for this sport.

p.s when I typed gnu I meant gnc, gnu is open source software not a suppliment store.

I agree with the professional idea completely, except not everyone is lucky enough to be able to afford a professional.
Once people start getting into DHEA, CLA and stuff like that its best they consulate with their personal physician.
I honestly don’t think omega 3’s, glucosamine and multi-vitamins will harm the average person, there are more side effects from most common anti-depressants than supplements.

I take supplements, but I’ve also researched, the supplements I take. Glucosamine is one of the best supplements I’ve taken period while poling. I take a daily multi-vitamin for women additional iron once a month helps me as well. Our food is so genetically modified that it doesn’t give the quality nutrition it did even 10 years ago. The cost of organic food is too expensive for most people and even then it’s been subject to Monsanto through pollination. Toning will happen naturally from poling even one day a week, just be patient and listen to your body, if you crave proteins go to gnu and get the shakes they are wonderful.

Day 12 here.. Wow, I didn't take Veena's advice and do Rejuvenation days at first now, sometimes I do two rejuvenation days. I found a good rest period allows me to have an awesome pole day, I got my very first cross knee release ever after a 48 hour break.
There are days I just freestyle and enjoy myself and then there are days I work out with Veena doing her strength training, other days I do Aletha Austin's stretching for pole, I mix it up, I'm not worried about the 30 days, I'm in no hurry, I do not want to get permanently injured.
My Internet research made me realize we aren't training much different than body builders, I added glucosamine, Omegas, Multi-vitamin and an extra iron supplement to my daily morning ritual on top on Advil and I drink a protein shake after poling.
don't forget to feed those muscles 🙂
No matter how many rest days, my body is still telling me and letting me know I'm working out, there are days I'm stiff and the michigan weather doesn't help much.

Recently I've been into the cure and type-o negative again, I use slacker radio instead of pandora for music inspiration. You can type in an artist and then they also play stuff like that from different artists, it's way better than pandora.

Also make sure you don't get a fake x-pole! Make sure, you are buying from a licensed x-pole retailer. I went with the expert, I love spinning mode, I make myself put it on static for training. Everything is harder to do on static in my opinion.

We could have said something about that lady, but nobody wants to go through a corporate investigation on top of possibly retaliation. I always feel karma will handle it.
As the webmaster said ” people do not change”. Instead of some jail time for theft, I won’t be surprised when this particular person ends up in prison for embezzlement.
I don’t think loser is the proper word for remembering specific personality traits and keeping a good distance away from said “thief”, “drama queen” or any other trait deemed harmful to ones employment.
In life outside of work.. people like that get the smile/head nod I’m not getting paid to put up with that crap.

I completely relate to what you are saying, it seems like there are two standards, for good people and for jerks.
Example: A lady I worked with from NOLA, huge thief, totally selfish and complete biznatch went from an entry level position to running her own station. She's some kind of success story, but for those of us who knew her and how unethical she was its like a slap in the face. If this lady wasn't a thief and a liar, I would of been super happy for her but, it disgusts me to hear her name in a positive light because she should of been straight up fired and put in jail. In a club this chick would of been beaten and fired, not promoted.
My flight or flee is pretty intense too, I hate confrontation and I do everything I can to avoid it by being diplomatic and professional, and it always takes me a day or so to come off that kind of adrenalin rush.

The only time mine gets grumpy is due to being sore, touching the insides of my legs is like setting me on fire at times.
For the first 20 or so days of the pole at home, he complains that he can’t touch me;
My man as I’ve come to understand he is a feeder, he brings home food as treats, if I wouldn’t of banned fast food entirely, I would still be gettting the surprise Big Mac meal @1:00am..
Sometimes it takes going extreme, to make a guy understand. The last Big Mac meal ended up in the toilet and me with almost every blood vessel blown in my face. That was the last time fat @ss nasty fast food has been bought for me and I am 15lbs lighter since January. On the other hand the scales haven’t tipped for him at all.. not my problem.
If he gave me crap about poling, I think I would lose my freaking mind.
I would probably use all of my self loathing and turn it completely on him, pole is the only thing that has given me any hope of being healthy again living with a feeder.
I can’t stand NASCAR, I truest don’t find amusement in during in a circle. I also like things with a bit more speed; like Jet engines.. ✈
What is this guilt trip stuff!! Seriously is working, cleaning, cooking and taking care of children not enough super woman for these guys?
I’d ignore the complaining, too bad you can’t touch me ” put the chocolate bar up your own large booty so it doesn’t go to mine” and we wouldn’t have me working out 4-5 days a week.
I mean really.. They say they ignore us when we are complaining, time to give them a taste of their own medicine.. I’m gonna go buy him a Big Mac meal 😈
