i didnt use nuva ring , but ive used other birth controls and gained 25 pounds. i was also a psycho! i cried every day. if u dont NEEEED it, i suggest dont even using it.

I always record my practices. I think it helps sooo much and u can really see what you are doing wrong, and what you are doing right.
If u want to get a good hair whip, watch some of Leigh Ann's videos on youtube. Thats who i learned it from! Here is a video with lots of it.

I held a straddle position for about 15 minutes….afterwards, BAM! There were my splits. Everyone go try this!!!!! I had already been warmed up from cardio for about an hour.

I definitely suggest learning a TG coming down from the pole first…how else will u understand what its supposed to feel like when you are balancing in that position. If you handspring into it, u will probably aggravate your shoulder because there is no muscle memory, and your body wont know what to do once it gets up in the air.
I feel safest in TG, rather than the regular handspring grip, but everyone is different.
