Congrats! Just remember that everything takes time. There are some moves that i could NOT do months ago, and then when i tried it again recently, i got it on the first try. Sometimes your body just needs to build up strength in different areas.

I have permanent platinum stages poles and love them. For at home, they have a semi pressured pole. I would go with that, because they have the easiest spin mechanism.

I got certified in this a few months ago, and its the best thing i have done! Marlo and Kyra are phenomenal teachers, and all the information is top notch, and has helped me so much when it comes to developing classes! I love my ankle grips, but they did get worn down pretty fast, and the tack strips were coming off. I bought a new pair. I want to try the new pair that goes over shoes!!

Actually I was the one with the Xpole tank top picture. Dont confuse us. We are different people.
Unfortunately i was too busy trying to get poles in my studio that would be safe, that i didnt have time to remove a 1 year old picture.

@ Veena- I think your lessons are awesome. I got certified in pole dance a few months ago, and everything you teach is pretty much spot on what i learned during the process.
