Looks like amazon.com is a 1 to 3 week wait. I would try  World Dance New York first. Its such a great d.v.d. You could also get Private Dancer 1st since it has some moves she talks about in this one. Also, Private Dancer is awesome. Lots of booty shakin' stuff. I think these 2 are my absolute favs from her.

Thanks so much for everyones input! After watching the women mentioned videos I can see that long hair is not required and head rolls etc… look pretty darn good on short haired women.

Hi all! I am interested in joining the current 30 day take off challenge. Since I purchased my Lil'Minx a few months ago I have really wanted to build strength etc…. so I can pole but no.

So, I am hoping this will both build strength for this newbie and get me into the habit of practice and training. A lifelong habit is the goal.

I've got a bit of a prob with lft.ankle . I injured it ( severe tendonitis and torn ligaments) and while it has healed it still gives me probs when I stand 8 or more hours. It's an RSD nerve thing. I also have noticed it hurts less the less I weigh so its manageable.

I am probably going platform shopping. This time making sure they fit my feet correctly and I will definitely walk around the house in them. It's nice to know others have found them uncomfortable and clumsy when learning to walk in 'em.
