Thank you Princess K for such a wonderful and thorough review.  I'm so pleased you like what we've created and yes your completely right this has been a labour of love.  I really wanted to jam pack it with loads of moves – and introducing Thomas brought a very advanced level to some of the moves – which I hoped would be some new inspiration for all those advanced girlies around the world 🙂

I really appreaciate your feedback.  Can I be cheeky and ask you to review the item on Amazon (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pole-Exercise-DVD-Limited-Beginners/dp/B006UFL36O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1326719807&sr=8-1)  I think you might need an Amazon account to review so if you don't no worries – I just would love a few people to read what you wrote as it meant alot to me.

Let me know how you get on with all the moves and how your students fare!!  Love Lucy

Hey Marle,  So glad you like the look of the DVD.  The reason Limited Edition is used is because we used a special product on the front cover allowing the lettering to actually be a shiny gold – its very cool.  What might happen is when we next duplicate we don't use this, so it will still be produced, but without the cool lettering – making these first DVDs sold limited edition ones – and hopefully collactables in many years to come 🙂  Good luck with all your pole training and thank you for your support xx

Thanks guys, glad you like it!  Please let me know if there are ways we can improve the site, we are working on loads of super cool new features and plus 10 more moves got added to the site today.  Plus if you know moves by another name, just add an alias on the right side to name the move how you refer to it – then once it's approved everyone can find that move under your name.  Hoping to create a resource that means that everyone can speak the same pole language, or least know what everyone else is talking about! Hoping poling everyone 🙂

Hey ladies, glad your enjoying my new site 🙂  Please be careful when trying new moves – and yes study the end bit too!!!  Marion was an incredible artist, she did everything with such control and poise – and made it look effortless.  The fact that you have attempted the Marion Amber is tres impressive – I just coo from a distance with directors hat on :-))

@ Kat – that's an excellent suggestion.  Thank you – I'll keep that on record for our next shoot so we can factor it in with the shot list.

    @ Verucablue – glad you approve :-))))

@ Aviva – thank you 🙂  So glad your getting some new nifty moves from the site – I'm uploading another 100 or so in the next few weeks and then another shoot in a couple of months to add another huge set of moves!

@ Nilla, hehe, yes it was Epic with a capital E.  I wanted to use both men and women, and both the guys featuered are well known Chinese pole performers who were fantastic.  Their techniques were insane to watch and when we were filming the 'oohs' and 'aahs' of the crew were funny to hear when Thomas and Jon were doing their thing!

Anything we can do to make it better let us know – and in the meantime, lovely to meet you and happy poling :-)))

    Hey Solya,

Ah YUPE brings back many memories – how I had to fight to open that club in York – and everyone attacking me for thinking I was wanting to teach the population of York how to strip!!! They couldn’t understand it!!!! Obviously missed the bit with EXERCISE in the title hehehe. Hope all is well with the club – I heard the ceiling fell down…saw that one coming the ceiling was v v dodgy!

Thanks Gsylass pleased to meet you!
