    Thank you lina for replying, I will try the neck stretch and I think ilI probably need to focus on my middle back to get a deeper bend? Well I will try and see if I progress!

    Lina, your back end videos are so good to watch, definitely inspiration for me to try harder and consistently now! When you are in back ends, how do you get your head to look so far back? For example, say I was to be in cobra pose, when I try to extend my neck to look back, I feel as if it goes nowhere and the same in bridges my head will be fairly in line with my arms (see picture as I can’t explain this easily!). I don’t know how to stretch to extend it further or if maybe I’m not doing certain techniques? I also struggle in pigeon pose so I’m going to try out the tips above!

    thanks guys 🙂 yeah i think i did set my expectations too high, which is odd as i dont do this for anything else haha! I seen a video of my performance yesterday and it doesnt look as horrific as i had imagined which has made me feel better and your comments have made me realise that i am proud that i went out and did it as im not a very extrovert person. Ive also realised that even though my routine was quite basic this was a good thng for me personally as i had less things to worry over and the more routines i do and show people the more i can add to them. I am looking forward to doing a public performance but next time i will remember all these things!
