I had a used 50mm chrome x-pole and did have a hard time gripping it so I sold it and now I have a 45mm TG x-pole. There isn’t a studio near me and I only pole at home. I’m very happy with the smaller grip and I don’t have small hands. It is much easier for me to hold my new pole, but I’ve seen girls from all sorts of shapes and sizes do some FABulous holds on either size pole with either type of finish.

    Drysol or CertainDri antiperspirants.

When I was younger I had overactive sweat glands that embarrassed me so much in high school. My Sister, who’s now a nurse, had the same problem and she introduced me to the strongest antiperspirant I’ve ever found. In fact, the first time I used it, I didn’t have to reapply for 8 days! Now I can use regular antiperspirant/deodorant without soaking my shirts. I live in Florida and it’s very humid and hot here. A few weeks ago when I was totally fed up with my sweaty hands not being able to grip I remembered I still had some of this extra strong antiperspirant. Just a few drops rubbed on clean dry hands, wait about 30 minutes for it to really take effect. This will Greatly decrease the sweaty hand syndrome for days, not just minutes like some of the other drying products I’ve tried. It works by shrinking your sweat pores, not just drying the surface. I’ve used both Drysol (squeeze bottle) and CertainDri (roll on). Both work equally well. They each cost about $20 bucks and lasts a really, really long time. I only have to buy a bottle about every 2 years.

Oh, but I think you can only get them at the pharmacy but no prescription needed.
Hope this helps…it has helped me.

ps, But still wash your hands often with soap and water. Personally, I use cold water. It may be just me, but it seems to help my hands keep from tiring out so quickly.
