Itchy rashes after pole (developed recently)I have a nickel allergy and react more to recently made x poles than older ones, but I have a reaction to both. I also react to some brands of brass poles that obviously have a different alloy to others. I wipe the poles at the studio with a cloth I bring from home with acetone on it regularly during my time there which helps to a point, I think, but I always get a reaction after using a chrome pole. I react to a lot of jewellery too.

If genie is what I think it is, I reverse back through that to transition to a remi layback.

I have one as well as a brass and I prefer my brass. The titanium tends to be a little slippery for me.

Of course you should do it. Saying you can’t use a theme because someone else already has is like saying you can’t use a song because someone else has danced to it! I say go for it!

I have done a couple of terms of Lyra, and while I liked it, I much prefer pole

Richmond a Prahran are close to each other and share staff. The Richmond studio is the only one with aerial hoops and fly gym at this point, but there are no spinning pole classes there, but like I said Prahran is close enough that if you want to spin you can compliment your static classes with spin ones there. The only real difference between the studios other than the ones i just mentioned is the staff, and like I said Richmond and Prahran share instructors.

Divas is the best group of people, both students and instructors. I cannot describe how much I love that place and the people in it.

Pole divas is definitely geared towards competing, arena is also set up to train towards that if you wish. Most Melbourne schools do work on a term system, not a membership one. Divas and arena are both term systems.

For general classes shoes are optional at pole divas. They are not used at all in classes for hoop or fly gym.

Pole divas Richmond studio has pole, aerial hoop and fly gym classes.

You can replace rhinestones that fall off easily(and yes, they do fall off), and you can get nail polish that is chrome coloured(also the pink chrome colour too)to patch up any scuff marks on both the platform and the upper part of the shoe.

I like the idea of contacting hamfist. Ask him for advice on the video he has ‘liked’ and say you ask because someone you know told you they got some excellent advice from him. A white lie, but one that could show you whether or not he knows his stuff if he answers. Don’t accuse or make it sound like an inquisition or anything, just sound him out. If he is giving unsolicited advice to children and ignores you, it is more likely your suspicions have some grounding. If he offers advice that is rubbish or inappropriate then again, red flag. If he knows his stuff, you might just learn something.

I agree with sweetvixen, I had my url bought out from under me recently and had to change everything before I could go ahead with my business plan, and I know of at least two other businesses that this has happened to this year, one of them the person who bought the domain name for about $12 and offered to sell it to the person who wanted it for $500… Keep your choices on the down low or it could give you a lot of heartbreak and hard work later on… There are some really shady people out there.

Ss10 is 2mm, ss12 is 3mm. I think ss8 is the smallest at 1mm, and extremely difficult to work with. You can also get shapes such as teardrops, hearts, ovals etc. if you want real sparkle go for the ab

I have used the tool too, and it is great providing you aren’t working on a large design. I make, bling and sell booty shorts and tops all the time so I am pretty familiar with the process. eBay is far cheaper than any bricks and mortar location as a rule. As to sizes, the lower the ss number the smaller the stone. For example, ss
