Ok, don't laugh, but the best stuff I have ever found for bruises(and I am talking REAL bruises, total pole dancing war scar type bruises), is hemorrhoid cream. It makes bruises that would last weeks normally disappear within days. My hip and upper thigh had the worst bruise that anyone at my pole studio had ever seen on it and within a week all that was left of it was an outline. Normally bruises last weeks on me, and bad ones longer but the over the counter supermarket brand hemorrhoid cream made this really terrible one disappear really fast. It was really bad, when doing stretching exercises in a class I turned side on and the instructor saw it for the first time when it was 2 days old and she screamed out "Oh my God!!" and said it was the worst that she had ever seen and called in the other 3 instructors working there at the time to see it because she had never seen one like it. I LOVE hemorrhoid cream now and will always have some in the cupboard! I only applied it once a day too which makes it even more amazing.

From what I know and my own experience, the bruising goes away as you master the tricks but comes back in new places when you begin to learn new ones.

Ok, first let me say that I can sooo totally relate to everything here, but I have no advice for anyone really as I find it hard enough to dea with the situation myself without giving advice to others!
Now, my reason for posting is to ask what exactly was involved in the 'Pole Party' you mentioned that you attended at your studio? My mind is exploding with ideas here as to things that the studio I attend could do but I would like to know what other places do before I start suggesting stuff…
Thanks a lot in advance for replying, lol! ;P
