As long as you are careful with the glue, I would think you can still use the paper. You don’t want to get glue on it cos then it won’t stick in place.

Hot fix rhinestones and Mylar paper. Place your stones face down in your chosen design on the sticky clear plastic and then place it sticky side down on your garment in the place you want it and place your hot iron over it. Do not move the iron about as if you were ironing the item as the stones may move, hold it still for at least 10 seconds then relocate it to another section of the design if necessary. Allow to cool and gently peel off the plastic. If any stones begin to lift whilst removing the plastic, simply put the plastic back down and iron again. Hope that helps someone out!

I live in Australia and my father actually died from skin cancer after a very protracted battle that involved several skin grafts and the removal of his eye, so you better believe I take skin cancer seriously. The woman maintains that she only took her daughter into the tanning room with her, not the actual bed itself. Whether this is true or not, the fact remains that the child, the red haired fair skinned child, was still somehow allowed to become sunburned. This shows some negligence on the behalf of her parents even if she did not actually use a tanning bed. Personally, given the extreme the mother has taken with her own tanning I do not find it difficult to believe she perhaps hopped out of the bed 5-10 minutes before the end of her session and put her daughter in. She clearly has no boundaries when it comes to what she believes is healthy when it comes to tanning…

Just because I can't do it today doesn't mean I wont be able to do it someday. Love it so much…

I fell many times, but I got back up. That quote says it all, and it should be everyone's motto…

A wide stretch sequin trim at the waist perhaps? Putting anything at the leg wont really help because as the previous poster says, shorts are more likely to ride up from there than down from the waist…

I do back bend classes with Emil Valentino once a week, I would recommend his back bend DVD very highly. I can’t say I am even close to being good with back bends, but I have seen much improvement with Emil’s stretches. They seem advanced, but obviously you are not going to be looking as good as him demonstrating to start with, you just do each stretch to the best of your capabilities and work on it from there, hoping you will one day come close to the amazing stretches he does.

I would love to have a 50. I actually prefer the feel of it in my hand.

I have a pole room, it has wooden flooring, and although it is lacking in mirrors currently(just gotta get the bf to get them up on the wall), there is a whole wall of plain glass windows which at night time if I backlight the room works just like mirrors. The colors are light and airy and I love it so much. There is also special dirt resistant easy clean paint on the ceiling above the pole to save it from footprints, lol!

Last week we had some guys in to quote on a new heater and the pole room(where the heater is)had my sewing gear all set up there including piles of tiny sparkly booty shorts(I make and sell sparkly shorts and tops to fund my pole addiction if anyone is interested). The younger one kept looking from the shorts to the pole to me and you could see he wanted to say something but being all of about 17 wasn’t game to. Probably the presence of my partner aided his tongue tiedness, lol! Apparently when the electrician was here a few weeks back he suggested my partner bust out a few moves on the pole though which would have been funny to witness…

You say that your skin is very dry, so I thought I would chip in and say that the dryer my skin is the more I find I slip on a stainless pole. I also slip more on then when sweaty though. I use no grip at all most of the time on anything other than stainless poles where I an forever reapplying. I would go titanium, but that’s just me and I have brass which I love to bits.

The studio I go to has hoodies that have “Addicted To Pole on the front of them.

Ok, so you are a paid member who when they had a problem and wanted to know something was no able to use that paid membership profile with which to complain because you were worried it would cause repercussions or something for you under that name or something so you instead chose to make a fuss, insult people and complain bitterly about how hard done by you are using another name. Ok, now I understand the situation I am unfollowing this thread because it doesn’t warrant following and doing so will only feed this behavior. Veena doesn’t ‘have’ to provide any extra content, she does it because she wants to. She will put up pole move tutorials when she is ready and able(ie time permits), not because someone demands her to do so. If she wants to make pretty videos of herself dancing, well and good. Don’t try and stifle someone else’s artistic expression because you feel that they would be better off using their time to fulfill your own desires.

Jamilla deville, she dances so beautifully and with such dignity and Lou landers because she just exudes love if pole from her very pores and is amazing to boot.
