@Teapartie – Mine shift around too but no leakage. If yours shift and leak, you might want to try the bigger size or a different brand. You just need to find the one that “sealed” the best for your body.

I use the Moon Cup, I bought it on Amazon for $17 with free shipping.
"The Cup" will be one of the BEST investment you ever spent!! I LOOOOVE my cup!! I was using tampon before I discovered the cup on one of veena's forum here (the link PoleFitMom posted). It's will LITERALLY change your life!!
TMI here —–
When I go on vacation now, all I need is to grab a couple of panty liner and my cup. And I don't need to carry anything else with me once my cup is in and panty is lined. The first couple of days (when the flow is heavy) you will need to empty your cup more often (like 2-3 hours), toward the end of the period, I can just leave my cup in for 6-8 hours at a time. No issue. It's awesome!!!
I tried the Lunette (I spent $40) and I hated it because the material is too soft where the cup won't "open" inside me, hence, caused leaking. The Moon Cup is made of thicker silicon where I don't have any issue with leaking, I pop it in, it opens up, I'm all set.
Every girls body is different, so you might need to try different brand to find the right one for you.
I love my cup so much I want and bought 2 more, one as a back up and leave one at work for "emergency".
Tips….bring a small cup/bottle of water with you if you want to rinse out the cup mid-day — when you're not in a stall with a sink, a bottle of water works awesome.

Eh…I feel you…I still haven’t been able to do the Gemini due to the pain…Odd enough, I found Superman much more bearable then the Gemini ~>_

My background is mechanical engineering designer….used to work as a Designer designing government defense equipment (tech stuffs that were used in war/battlefield). Now, I work in a utility company doing power procurement (I…literally…buy power…=P ) Recently we're buying TONS of green power…oh man…work is up to my eye balls and I haven't touch my pole at home in a MONTH!!!
As much as i love my job…I'm depressed that work is getting in the way of my sports…and made me neglecting my sweet pole!!! =(

Thanks for this post and all the Bobbi’s girls responds!!
The previous studio I went to only teach 1 trick at a time and no dance moves whatsoever…so whenever I try to dance on my own, it looks very choppy!!
Gonna go and order the Bobbi’s DVD now….THANKS!!!

There are real XPole sellers on eBay. I bought mine from one and I called XPole to confirm its a real XPole seller. But…the price is closer to $300 and definitely not $150…lol

@ sensualscimitar – I had a toy that had similar mechanism as the self starting one which hair/dust tends to get stuck more often so I went with the normal one. (even with the lifetime warranty…I’d like to avoid using it if possible…lol)
I really hope the powerball can help me increase some wrist strength!!

FYI – Here's a 20% coupon for NSDball.com: awful
Shipping is like $5, which is not bad consider there's a lifetime warranty on NSD. My total came out to be like $43 (Cheaper than Amazon!!)
I just bought a NSD Pro Fusion…can't wait till it arrive https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

@ horsecrazy – I think it just me taking time getting used to gripping a 45 with my legs, I had similar problem with my hand grip when I use the 50mm, but now I don't notice a huge difference.
My legs/thigh doesn't have a lot of meat though…maybe that's another reason why it's taking me longer to get used to gripping the 45. sigh…

I'm taking both. I started out in a studio…the instructor kinda focus on "quantities" then "qualities" (you just don't teach invert on your 3 day of pole class just so you can get more students….) Then I did StudioVeena only which is great, you can focus on strength training or a certain move but you need to be more self aware as to whether you really "get it". Now I'm taking lessons on top of Veena which I think it's a great combo, because I can still practice/learn new moves when I'm at home but when I'm at my lesson, the instructor can spot me and "adjust" me so I"m doing it correctly (plus…I suck at "fluidity" so it's GREAT when a live person can show me some seexxxxy moves!! hehe…) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

I have a 45mm chrome xpole but I'm taking lessons where I use a 50mm…I used to learned much faster on a 45mm than 50mm, at least on the hand grip, but now I realized they feel about the same (I guess as my strenght increase, I got better grip on the 50). Recently I'm learning more tricks that require good leg/thigh grip so I'm hating my 45 and loving the 50…lol I guess I just need to get used to it!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rambo.gif
