My sister bought the sport and it is definitely stable. I bought the xpert and personally think it is worth spending the extra however the sport is still a very stable worthwhile pole.

I am exactly the same smilingfox. I keep telling myself today you will freestyle but by the time I am done working on pole moves and poses I am too tired to even try. Plus it’s hard to want to dance to one of my ” pole songs” when it looks so much better in my pmind than I could actually do. You are not alone!

Yay it works!!! Thanks Webmaster!

Glad to hear I am not the only one. I had asked about that too and tried refreshing the page and deleting cookies but still won’t work.

Thanks, will give it a try.

I can’t seem to login to the new site from my iPad. It works fine on my iPhone but won’t let me enter my email or password on the iPad?

I have been dealing with iron deficiency for over a year now and not only do I get shaky and weak but it also leaves me short of breath ( completely interfering with my pole work outs). Not saying that is what you have but worth looking into.

So sorry to hear that! Just a few weeks ago I had to put my pet of 15 years down and it was one of the hardest things I had to do. It is very understandable that she is having a hard time with it but fortunately with each day it does get easier.

If you bleach the hair the next day it will lighten it more. The only way it will go bright orange is if you take it off too early. The problem with bleach is that it dries out the hair so you have to be careful to not over process it.
For your first application I would suggest applying it to the midshaft and ends first, then once it starts to lift then apply to roots. ( more work but prevents your roots from going white and potentially breaking off while waiting for the rest to lift). I would also suggest using a plastic bag to cover your hair, it will keep the heat in, which helps process faster as well as preventing bleach fron drying out, which stops processing all together. Good luck! -
I had the same thing happen to me. I think I tightened the pole too much. I have since put a board between my pole and ceiling to distibute the weight more evenly. Don’t know how safe that is but have done that for the last few months and no issues so far.

Lots of closed minded people out there. Obviously anyone making the negative comments have clearly never tried it or realize how difficult pole dancing is! Unfortunately I find most people who have never tried it still only see the sexual side of it. A shame really.

The same thing happened to me last week! I have since added a board to even out the pressure. So far so good.

I hear you! Inverted v is my nemesis. I am bottom heavy so I use the excuse that I have a lot more weight to lift over my head. Lol. I do my knee lifts and have noticed a huge improvement there but still have issues with the tilting back. I wouldn’t let it stop you from progressing though. I have continued down the list of Veenas lessons and find some of the more advanced moves easier than the inverted v. It’s different for everyone.

I kind of just left it up and hadn’t really adjusted or tightened in awhile. I assume I must have overtightened it but strange that it would take so long to do damage.

I agree with Chemgoddess. I don’ t see any reason why you could not get highlights and lowlights. If your hair is already blond then you would only need to lighten the root area of the highlights ( which is virgin hair and not damaged), and the lowlights could be done with a demi color which now a days are damage free and have conditioning agents.
