Thanks for all the great advice. Will try ALL of them till I find what works for me. I was so frustrated yesterday. Wanted to attempt the pencil after recently learning bow and arrow and could not for the life of me do CAR even though I had done it 15 times the previous day!

I am a hairstylist. One of my clients had asked me to join a pole dancing class with her and I have been hooked ever since. I have told all my co workers, friends, family and even some clients that I pole dance. I get mixed reviews on the subject but that’s their problem not mine. Usually the conversation starts with how did you get that bruise? Lol

I have used it for years and never felt any side effects. I use it on my face in the evening before bed and no reactions of any sort. If you continue to use it and still feel weird afterwards i would just stop using it. Better safe then sorry.

The only issue I have had with my piercing is when doing the cradle spin, one of the balls at the end of the piercing sometimes comes undone. My navel ring is kind of in the shape of a corkscrew and its the top ball that comes off, but no problems other than that.

Chopper! Have a hard time getting my hips over my head.
Superman, can get into it but have issues holding on with my left hand.
Any move on my weaker side (my left). Lol
Yet to try handsprings and cartwheels. But not looking too promising….

I agree with everyone else. Have the same pink mat I bought from amazon and it is so awesome. It’s thick enough that I feel comfortable trying new moves without the fear of falling and hurting myself.
