    haha, i think its funny that every comment on her article so far is saying how crappy her recommendations are. hopefully whoever reads the article will read the comments and be warned! gratz on possibly saving someone else from the dreaded peekaboo company

    instead of wrapping your right leg in front of your left leg wrap it around the back of the pole, like you do when you stand on the pole only upside down!

    Being heavier when you start poling will be a good thing when you start losing weight and you will be used to hoisting up all the extra weight while being thinner, you will be super woman! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumright.gif As long as you are working up a sweat its just as good (or better!) than any other exercise. But if you want to incorporate other things to help you faster, walking is always very good. Practice holding your legs up on the pole and doing pole pull ups that way you get your poling muscles stronger. I have had alot of luck with a slimfast diet along with exercise…
