Yea, I just did my first pole up the other day, I was super excited! I don’t think lack of motivation is whats causing me to not be able to do a basic fireman spin with 2 hands yesterday though. My muscles are just rebuilding and will be stronger once they have recovered! Cant wait! Maybe ill be able to do a split grip aysha once they have recovered https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif Ahh im so excited! hurry up muscles!

That roommate sounds mentally unstable to me. If I was your boyfriend I would kick him out pronto! Then again anyone who freaks out about pole dancing is mentally unstable by my standards! I hate people who do stuff like that https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif

Usually about 2 hours straight with short breaks in front of a fan just so my sweat dries off so I dont slip so much. Then it takes me the rest of the week to recover! lol. I would recommend pilates, i havn’t tried it but I heard it is very helpful to pole because you really learn form work and how to engage the right muscles. I also recommend yoga because it gives you time specifically to focus on flexibility. Once I have the funds im gonna do a yoga class the day after my pole days. I also try to do cardio on the elliptical on my off days https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif

the adjuster is supposed to go out no more than 5" safely, thats why the extensions come in 5" increments, it looks like you need the additional 500mm extension https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif the basic kit is supposed to be for 88-108" and your ceiling is 109.5" https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif but hey look on the bright side! once you get the extension you will be able to go up to 10′ 6"!

that actually might not be enough water for you as I drink 2L of water every day and sometimes im still dehydrated and thirsty on days I pole

maybe your waist didnt shrink, but your underbust/hips shrank making your waist appear to be less hourglassy. Kinda like how when some girls lose weight and their boobs dont shrink at all they think their boobs have gotten bigger, but they havnt they just look bigger cuz the rest of them shrank. Maybe you need to increase your body fat % since your having this problem because you lost fat, if those pics are you.
I think the pics of fawnia of valerie are too masculine looking for my own personal taste, they do look amazing but its just not my preference, I wouldnt want my body to look like that (no offense). Partially because thats not my boyfriends taste either, I have to consider him as well. Its kinda a funny story, I show him tons of videos of the really impressive champion pole dancers, then one day I showed him a video of a girl who wasnt all toned like most pole dancers, and actually had some hips and had some softness to her (not in a shes fat kinda way) and he said thats the most attractive girl youve shown me so far, i was like WHAT? you cant even see her face! he meant her body lol I think it was this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1qz7DppaTE" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; -
thats cool! I just use something like this http://www.amazon.com/Harbinger-340400-Part-Exercise-Black/dp/B00074H89A/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1280378489&sr=1-4 and fold up 2 of the parts for extra cushion, cant afford a fancy pole o mat or PJ mat yet

Im worried about this happening in the future too, only im worried about masculine arms and shoulders https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif the only thing I can think of is to not progress any further but I dont know much

when I came back to pole dancing after my half year break my calf would cramp up when I inverted. it wouldnt happen as often if I was warmed up before I tried it. it stopped after a week or so
