Its easier on static in my opinion, because on spinny your going faster and it requires more strength to hold yourself on the pole

Always do stuff grounded first to get the feel of the move, also when you want to try a move thats in the air do it on the floor first to get a feel of positioning. It took me foreeever to get the crossed knee release cuz i was afraid of laying back. i had to do it when my butt was 4" off the floor and when I got the courage to let go my back softly hit the floor almost instantly haha

Drink water, stay hydrated, keep eating healthy, and don’t eat more than 2400mg of sodium a day, try to stay at about 1500mg a day. Read labels on what you eat, you will be surprised how much sodium is in everything! Also, you know that goodbye cellulite stuff that nivea has? I noticed it was a box that had cream and supplements. The supplements were just Conjugated Linoleic Acid, otherwise known as Tonalin CLA. I found out about it on a stripper forum a few years ago before seeing the nivea product and all the girls there were taking it and swore by it, literally pages and pages of how amaazing it was for cellulite and fat. So I took it, and not only did my cellulite go away, it helped me lose weight faster and it made my skin suuuuuuuuuuuuuper baby soft, like softer than a baby. I took it for a long time till I couldn’t afford it anymore, it was only like $20 a month though, id go get the huge bottles at super supplements. So I definitely recommend Tonalin CLA

im 5’4, its the average height for women, yet normal jean sizes are TOO LONG!!! I have to stand on my tippy toes for the bottom of the jeans to just graze the floor. and petite is TOO SHORT!! You would think the regular jean size would be meant for the average height woman! Maybe my legs are just short??

I think stuff like this will only lead to schools taking anything pole-like out of play grounds.

I feel you. My one friend makes people sign waivers when they come over her house! I would suggest to her that both of you take a pole class together and your lack of knowledge of the subject. That way you can bond and she can see pole really isnt as easy as it looks, plus you can learn proper form.

omg I should get a copy of a pole waiver so I can make people sign them too, it would be great for partys

I had an idea, lets do a challenge wearing ankle weights!! I once put on 5lbs (2.5lb per leg) ankle weights and OMG I couldn’t believe how much harder it was! I wear these ones: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Gold-s-Gym-5LB-Ankle-Weights/12177366

they are big enough to wear they don’t move around on your leg like the smaller ones, and the weights themselves are removable and are like a hard gel or something instead of metal or sand so I can wear them without shoes and they don’t hurt my ankles and if they tear sand won’t fall out and get everywhere.
