Hi I started training on a 50mm but when I was introduced to a 45mm it has had my heart since, depends on the person I have small hands so a 45 is perfect for me personally, if you know someone or a studio near you who has both defo try both out, I find 45 is good for my ayesha, straight edges stuff like that but a 50 is also good for leg grip, nearly everyone I know who poles loves their 45 but the taller girls with bigger hands love their 50, if you can try both out, you’ll know straight away hope this helped

Yeah one of my instructor has long term injured her shoulder and elbow bc of TG she just SG, I do love my TG though feels more secure to me especially handspings, currently working on cup grip handspings, I’m kicking myself for not training it from the beginning like the other hand grips, oh well, thanks just looked up the videos defo helpful
