Thanks Webmaster, got it all taken care of! And thank you Veena, I don’t know where I would be without your lessons!!

I’ve cleaned up the mess and sanitized it thus far.

I am finishing up Lee Labrada’s 12 week program which is 7 days a week in the weight room, and I try to pole on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Once I am done with the program, I will be working out only 4-5 days a week in weights and cardio.
Depending on what area I am targeting that day, sometimes I will pole the same day, and others I won’t.
Try getting some BCAA drinks/supplements. They help out with how sore you are the next day. I personally love Scivation’s stuff.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone! I am probably going to try out the volleyball ones first as my calves and thighs are a bit more bigger, and they are a bit cheaper in my area if I end up not liking them. I have had previous injuries to my knees (nail gun accident and an infection to the fluid pocket) and I don’t want to irritate those areas too much in floor work.

I am presently hardcore training for the Spartan, so my workouts right now are brutal. Everyday I do 45 minutes of cardio, and am presently doing the 30 Day Take Off, which takes me around an hour per lesson.
Monday – Shoulders and Abs (3s, 8-12r)
Tuesday – Legs (4s, 10-15r)
Wednesday – Rest Day, but I generally do a mild hike or long walk with my dog
Thursday – Chest and Triceps (3s, 8-12r)
Friday – Back and Biceps (3s, 8-12r)
Sat/Sun – Rest/CardioAs I have terrible arm strength, I do a set of pull ups every day, and every morning and night work on hand strengthening exercises.
