I AM POOR – And still in grad school. I think the timing is right when I have a really good job and my own dance studio. My family is oober conservative and my dad owns his own business with many male employees and customers.

Unfortunately, they probably wouldn't believe me right now if I said I'm doing it for fitness because they know how much money I could make (and could defintely use) if I were to dance at a club, which is out of the question for me.

I WANT TO BE VIEWED AS A PROFESSIONAL!!

    Meet a chemist 🙂

FIBER is the key to eating grains and maintaining stable blood sugar levels (what we should strive for). This is why I usually opt for oatmeal (w cinnamon, cloves & walnuts). If you really want to lose extra weight, cut out wheat and limit simple sugars out of your diet. Couple it with tea – green tea, berries, organic herbs (peppermint), ginger and lemon and you're gonna be looking for new pants! The ginger and peppermint stimulate the metabolism and wheat gluten usually causes inflammation and subsequently leads to health problems where the outward appearance is weight gain.

My diet: High protein, High fat (EVOO, monounsaturated is the best), Carbs from veggies, herbs/spices, green and herbal tea, citrus. Because I'm pretty healthy and don't count calories, I opt for whole milk, whole eggs & smoked cheese. If ya don't have a garden or a friend that fishes, check if there is a farmers' market in your area 🙂

I have short legs so I wear leg warmers ALL the time – under my knee.

I bought some PVC leggings as a cheap replacement for boots 😀
