Hello to you both!! I’m new too, I guess, I’m waiting on my new pole to be delivered! Its been almost 3 years since I’ve had a pole so I figure I’ll be starting back with the basics! But I have missed it sooo much and you guys will love StudioVeena; there’s so much support and people who actually understand!

My friend has a stainless steel PS pole and I def. prefer powder coated to stainless as far as grip goes. Plus LiL Mynx comes in a lot of cute colors! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif It is defiently very grippy, especially this summer. I live in GA & my pole is in part of our unfinished basement and so far I haven’t really had any grip issues except for when its toooooo hot & I’m sweating like crazy! ha. Mid 70s weather sound like a dream, btw, most days here its mid 90s. lol.

Hmm I would also be nervous about doing it for self-conscious reasons! If I was not engaged, I would be fine with working at a topless club, but maybe not a fully nude club (which is what most of the clubs here in GA are!). I agree with Runemist tho, guys don’t notice little flaws that we notice about ourselves. If its a safe, nice club and you feel comfortable doing it then I’d say go for it!! Don’t be self-conscious – guys always love a naked girl!

Hehe.. I agree with everyone TG is just crazy!! I am no where near being strong enough to even attempt it. Also, the jade drop! The jade alone is crazy impressive but to add the drop is just insane to me! I hope I’ll get it one day, but for now I can’t even get my split all the way down so I think its a good ways off.

When I first got my pole, one of the first moves I saw that just blew me away was the superman! TaraKarina did it and I was just like ‘if I can one day be able to do that I’ll be happy’ lol.. i have this problem too with the thigh holds.
i’m trying to gain about 10 pounds right now so i’m hoping this problem will get solved, (along with my lack of arm strength from my weakling arms lol) but on the bright side, i feel that lighter girls have an advantage when it comes to spins, i think it’s easier to do nice full spins with momentum when you have less weight to carry.

I also have this problem. Not really with pole sit, but I have to fight with my advance plank & am terrified when trying the CAR because I just don’t feel I can hold myself with my thighs. "/ But I think it gets easier the more you work at because Veena & Karol are tiny and they pull out moves like crazy. I was 19. One of my best friends got a pole and my sister-in-law and I decided to go on youtube & look up pole dance to see some moves!! We were both SHOCKED!! I had nooo idea about all the cool tricks and how many people were into poling. After watching Felix & TaraKarina, plus playing on my friend’s pole, I had to get one https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif I got a cheap peekaboo for my 20th birthday and have been poling on it for about 4 months. I’d love to know the code! I just got on here to see if anyone had any of these DVDs to sell! I want the Vol. 3,4,5 set.. but I thought the Rountines 1 looked good too.. I was just kinda wondering what level the rountines would be! Let me know how it is!
